1. Pre-Booking Process
AKA THE EXCITING PART!
After you inquire with me you can count on a very enthusiastic response within 48 hours! The fact that you are even considering me as your wedding photographer is enough to make my whole day. Once you review my pricing guide, If you feel that my style, approach & budget is the right fit for you, I would love the opportunity to treat you to coffee and discuss further details! If we can’t meet up in person, we can always hop on a virtual call for the next best face to face interaction. I LOVE this part of the process because it involves learning about what makes your love story so beautifully unique. As your wedding photographer, I want to know you as people. My services are not designed to be purely transactional, but rather relational & intentional to help make our time together meaningful.
This is a quick rundown of what our meeting will consist of:
1) Learning about you & your love story
2) Sharing a little about myself/photography background
3) Discussing the booking and after booking process
4) Answering any questions you may have
This will take no more than 30-45 minutes of your time, (But I'm happy to stay as long as I'm needed).
2. Booking Process
AKA THE EASY PART!
After we hit it off in our meeting, you’ve decided you want to move forward with booking (WOOHOO!!) I’ve made these final steps as simple as possible for you! In order to reserve your date, all you have to do is review/sign the contract & a 15% deposit will be due upon signing. The remaining payment will be due by the day you say “I DO!” All payments can be made online to make it as simple as possible for you.

3. Post-Booking Process
AKA THE BEST PART!
Once we’ve finalized the previous steps, you will receive a Couples Questionnaire & Wedding Guide to help us both begin preparing for our experience together! You will also receive a welcome gift in the mail as a reminder of how grateful I am to get to serve you! If you decide on doing an engagement session, we will discuss a location, date, & time for your session once you have filled me in on your vision in the couples questionnaire.
I will send over a wedding details questionnaire 2 months before your wedding day to begin drafting a custom photo timeline for you to approve. I will be checking in with you throughout your planning process, providing resources/vendor referrals, and praying for you as you prepare to enter into the beautiful gift of marriage. When you choose me as your wedding photographer, you're also gaining a friend. Celebrating my couples is the best part of my job!!!
Last but certainly not least, you will receive sneak peeks of your wedding day via an online gallery within 1 week & the full gallery within 10 weeks! A USB of your wedding photos & 25 photo prints will also be shipped your way after your full gallery has been sent.
